How do I add an item in "Your Order Guide"?

When adding items in "Your Order Guide", you just need to click on "Add to Order" one time.  As you are going through the list of items and entering quantities, once you have finished making your selections, select any one of the "Add to Order" buttons to add all the items with quantities to your order.
