• On-line ordering is provided as a service to our customers and may be used 24 hours a day.
• Our telephones are answered Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm.
• Online Bakery orders must be submitted by NOON for next-day deliveries.
• Online Foodservice orders must be submitted by 11:00am Wednesday for following week deliveries.
• On-line orders are not confirmed until they have been processed.  Adjustments may be made to your order based on availability.
• Orders are not processed by VBCA staff on weekends and holidays.
• We will contact you by e-mail, fax or phone to confirm your order.

IMPORTANT!  On-line ordering requires a password.

Weekends and Holidays may effect the delivery schedule.  Regardless of when you actually enter your online order it must be processed by one of our Customer Service Representatives during our normal business hours.  This processing must be done at least the day before you receive your order.

We will confirm that we have received and processed your order.  Until you receive this confirmation you should not assume that your order has been processed.
